“A Fragile World” The Wanganui Glass Festival has come and gone for another year but the industry carries on! And what a thriving industry of talent, education, enthusiasm and incredible quality right here in Wanganui. It was a great opportunity to showcase what our local artists are doing and the work they are producing for not only the local but also the national and international markets.
From the work that was displayed in the retail shop windows to the pieces on sale in The Hub and the works auctioned off at our “The Fragile World” opening night, the interest was incredible this year. We thank all who supported us in anyway.
A full report from our Chairperson can be read by clicking this button below. Thank you once again.
